Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - ICU Neuro /n/n Job Details: /n • Work day shifts with 3/12 hour schedule /n• Must have level one Neurology experience /n• Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex /n• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients /n• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments /n• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures /n• Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients and intervene when necessary /n• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV infusions and blood products /n• Interact with families and patients regarding care plans and discharge instructions /n• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed /n• 1 year of nursing experience required /n• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required /n• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License required /n• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required /n• ACLS certification from American Heart Association required /n• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed /n• Computer skills and ability to respond to cultural and language needs of patients /n/n Facility: /n This major academic medical center serves as a premier healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and advanced patient care.
