Job Description:

The NCS Specialist is responsible for onboarding and guiding new clients to achieve their first successful payroll within Paycom. The NCS Specialist will help educate new clients, customize system setup to client's needs, and ensure the smooth adoption of the Paycom solution.RESPONSIBILITIESImplement Paycom's solutions to clients, following Paycom's guidelines, and in accordance with the client's expectationsProactively anticipates client(s) needs and assesses riskCompletes conversion of data through Paycom's internal systems to ensure data integrityHolds internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelinesEasily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developmentsEnsures accuracy of all aspects of client setupActively drives the company vision through the utilization of the Paycom solutionCommunicates and collaborates effectively with clients and colleagues to establish cordial and effective working relationshipsMakes independent decisions on problem resolution that are consistent with Paycom policies and proceduresProvides guidance and training to team members as they are learning new skillsDemonstrates initiative by constantly looking for and recommending ways to improve the Implementation process and client experienceAdheres to all policies of Paycom, including those outlined in the Paycom Employee HandbookEducation/Certification:Bachelor's Degree Experience:In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, one (1) year of employment with Paycom.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's Degree in business-related fieldSkills/Abilities:Strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks or projectsSoftware troubleshooting experienceConsistently and effectively executes client meetings with business acumenAbility to work as part of a cross-functional teamIntermediate knowledge of the industry, product, and processesDetail oriented and consistently delivers high-quality resultsIntermediate project management and planning skillsMaintains professional appearance and calm demeanorAbility to prioritize objectivesIntermediate problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWrites clearly and informativelyBilingual preferred (Ability to read, write and translate in both English and Spanish)Paycom is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
