Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's growing finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization's financial integrity, compliance, and steady cash flow to support operational needs. The anticipated salary for this role is between $70,000-$90,000 a year Responsibilities: · Reconcile and analyze complex financial data to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. · Review and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting for accuracy and efficiency. · Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies; provide analysis and guidance on complex issues. · Support tax filings, audits, and other compliance activities. · Manage month-end close, including journal entries, financial reporting, and budget-to-actual analysis. · Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities. · Produce financial reports and supporting documentation for leadership, auditors, and regulators. · Serve as the primary accounting partner to operational and executive leaders. · Assist with payroll and fixed asset accounting as needed. · Promote organizational values and perform other assigned duties.
