Compensation & Benefits $60,000 – $75,000 total compensation Monthly bonus opportunities Company vehicle gas card maintenance card Full-time, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance HSA (Health Savings Account) FSA (Flexible Spending Account) 401(k) with company match PTO 6 paid holidays Monday–Friday schedule What You'll Do As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and ensure installations and service work are completed safely, efficiently, and to Bath Fitter standards. Responsibilities Evaluate installation quality and customer service issues; ensure timely resolution Lead installation and service teams to complete daily workload Respond to and resolve in-field issues as they arise Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the operations team consisting of Installers and Service Technicians Communicate scheduling needs and changes with the Customer Service Department Assign work daily and hold a weekly installer meeting Monitor materials and supplies to ensure proper and efficient use Ensure installer vehicles are serviced regularly, in good working condition, and are clean, secure, and professional Complete sales and technical training as required Enforce company policies, safety standards, and OSHA compliance Perform other duties as needed to support business operations Requirements: What We're Looking For 4 years of management experience leading teams of 5 employees 5–10 years of relevant experience in Retail and/or Operations Management Self-motivated, energetic, and performance-driven Able to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong urgency, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Proven ability in training, accountability, and retention Ability to regularly lift and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office Suite Those with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Routing - Dispatching - Delivery - Logistics - Construction - Plumbing - Carpentry - Millwork - Home remodeling - Renovation - Bathroom installations - Mold remediation About Bath Fitter Bath Fitter is the fastest-growing one-day bath remodeling specialist in North America.
