Job Description Job Description Residential Maintenance Technician Location: Edmond, OK & North Oklahoma City (scattered-site portfolio) Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime available) About the Role We are seeking a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician to support a growing residential rental portfolio consisting of single-family homes and duplexes located throughout Edmond and North Oklahoma City. This is a hands-on role focused on work orders, turns, and general residential maintenance, with some support of a nearby private property as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers daytime hours, no on-call rotation, and consistent work in a stable, growing environment. Responsibilities Complete daily maintenance work orders across scattered residential homes Perform home turns, including make-ready repairs and general maintenance General residential maintenance including: Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, minor leaks) Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures) Drywall patching and painting Doors, locks, hardware, and minor carpentry Grounds and exterior upkeep as needed Maintain company vehicle, tools, and supplies Communicate clearly with management regarding repair needs and property conditions Requirements (Must Have) Residential maintenance experience required (homes, duplexes, or small multifamily) Comfortable completing work orders independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass background check Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Comfortable traveling between properties during the workday Preferred (Not Required) Experience with scattered-site rentals Light landscaping or grounds experience HVAC or trade certifications (not required) What This Role Offers $20–$30/hour based on experience Company truck provided No on-call rotation Steady Monday–Friday schedule Opportunity for overtime Long-term opportunity with growing portfolio ZIPDH BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
