team has partnered with a new manufacturing client in Greater
Chattanooga to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Project
Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing projects from
concept through implementation. Develop project plans, timelines,
budgets, and resource requirements Create and update technical
drawings, specifications, and documentation Coordinate with
production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors Support
equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to
stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or
related field 3 years of experience leading
manufacturing/industrial projects and optimizing processes
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools Must be
authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to
