you ready to go beyond? The Military Engines Sustainment Quality
team is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager who is energetic and
motivated to join the Supplier Quality Team to lead our internal
team and the supply base in developing and executing system,
process and product audits, continual improvements initiatives,
development and management of quality data, lead investigations,
identify risks and develop mitigation plans, support suppliers and
be instrumental in driving RCCA in the supply base. What You Will
Do: Lead a staff of quality assurance engineers and analysts
performing oversight and audits of product and process activities.
Support and drive closure of supplier investigations to determine
root cause and corrective actions while preventing future
recurrence Ensure the team develops a high level of customer and
supplier focus, business judgment and teamwork. Communicate with
various levels of management to identify Military Engines quality
risks and mitigation plans. Lead process improvement initiatives to
increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in technical field
required (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) and minimum 8
years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 5 years experience. 2 years of quality
engineering experience. Qualifications We Prefer: Familiar with the
aftermarket and OEM military maintenance processes. Analytical,

certification or willingness to achieve certification within 12

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the
employee’s personal responsibility. As part of our commitment to
maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to
attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of
our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated
as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
