Sector is seeking a Manager Program Planning 2 on our Schedule
Management team supporting the B-2 Program. This leadership role is

Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst Perform
mid-year and year-end performance reviews Develop direct team
knowledge and depth Prepares, develops and coordinates the
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically
integrated. Provides weekly status and reporting Conducting
Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews
(JSR) audits Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by
industry to include, but not limited to: DCMA 14-point IPMR
DI-MGMT-81861 NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines Earned Value Management
System (EVMS) Critical Path Methodology (CPM) Schedule Risk
Analysis (SRA) Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost
analysis and make recommendations to solve problems Ability to
create presentation content and present to various levels of
leadership Ability to effectively work with multiple functional
teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager Ability to
travel ~20% of the time Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and
7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project
Management, or Engineering experience; OR Master’s degree with 5
years of of Planning & Scheduling, Finance, Pricing,
Program/Project Management, or Engineering experience Must have the
ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Must have the
ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a
Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering or
Mathematics) discipline Experience with Microsoft Project Server
environment Knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule Risk Some
Finance knowledge Experience and knowledge in both EV Cost and
Schedule Management Experience with the Assessment (SRA) approach
and execution Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and
downward) Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the
ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and

401K matching program. Primary Level Salary Range: $119,900.00 -
$179,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline;
however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when
determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
