Overview: Position qualifies for a $5,000 sign-on bonus! The
Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) is a cardiac step down unit
focusing on the care of patients with acute coronary syndrome, CHF,
other vascular diseases as well as care of the post cardiac
surgical patient. Responsibilities: collaboration with other health
professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment dataestablishing
goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care,
implementing caredelegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and
indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to
interventionsperforming additional nursing functions in accordance
with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing
preparation.Position may be eligible for sign-on bonus #NRHSS
Qualifications: EducationDiploma or Associate's degree (ADN)
required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of
Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. ExperiencePrevious experience
in healthcare field preferred. (Above requirements can be met by
equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/CertificationCurrent Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or
active Multistate RN license.Basic Life Support (BLS) training or
retraining is required during orientation prior to providing
patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be
maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training is required within 6 months of
hire.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required to be
maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
Compensation/Benefits$27.84-$45.46/hr depending on previous work
