Job Description:
Seeking a registered nurse with a $15,000 sign-on bonus to
provide professional patient care, including medication
administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and
documentation. Contributes to patient assessments, develops and
updates care plans, and participates in safety and infection
control practices.
Delegates tasks appropriately, communicates with healthcare team,
and responds to emergencies.
Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains patient
confidentiality, and stays current with clinical knowledge.
Provides supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and participates in ongoing
education and performance improvement.
Requires RN license, BLS/ACLS certification within 30 days, 2+
years of experience preferred, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs
and perform constant standing and walking.
Must adhere to professional behavior standards and support
organizational goals.
