Job Description:
Seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in Pittsburgh, PA, for full-time
and part-time home health care of medically fragile children and
adolescents.
Provide one-on-one medical care, assessments, medication
administration, and care coordination in clients' homes.
Educate families on clinical care and implement preventative
measures to ensure quality outcomes.
Work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) with a 1:1 patient
care ratio.
