Job Description:
The Director of Partial Hospital Program (PHP) oversees clinical
operations and staff in a setting focused on dual diagnosis and
mental health treatment. Requires a master--------s level clinician
with experience in mental health and substance use disorders,
facilitating groups, and managing crises. Responsibilities include
supervising staff, conducting patient assessments, leading therapy
groups, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and
collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Manages a caseload of
4-5 patients, performs documentation and utilization reviews, and
handles administrative duties. Must have at least 2 years of
clinical experience, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and
licensure as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. Position offers full-time
