Job Description:
Join a non-profit healthcare team as an Operating Room
Registered Nurse, offering casual day shifts in a collaborative
environment.
Provide perioperative care, including assessment, planning,
intervention, and evaluation for surgical and endoscopic
patients.
Develop personalized care plans, communicate effectively with
patients, families, and staff, and contribute to quality
improvement initiatives.
Maintain specialized knowledge, adhere to professional standards,
and participate in call rotations during nights, holidays, and
weekends.
Qualifications include MN RN licensure, preferred 2+ years OR
experience, BLS/ACLS, and ability to manage multiple priorities
with critical thinking and respectful communication.
Must be reliable, follow policies, and be able to respond to
call-outs within 30 minutes.
