Job Description:
The Respiratory Therapist - RRT administers pharmacological,
diagnostic, and therapeutic respiratory treatments per physician
prescriptions, conducts patient assessments, and monitors responses
to ensure effective care.
Performs procedures like oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and
ABG punctures, maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Communicates effectively with healthcare teams, documents
treatments accurately, and demonstrates sound judgment during
emergencies.
Requires 1-3 years of acute care experience, RRT certification, and
certifications like BCLS, ACLS, and NRP (if applicable).
