Job Description:
Seeking a full-time RN Charge Nurse for overnight shifts
(6p-6:30a) with rotating weekends and holidays.
Offering $5/hour shift differential and $2/hour weekend
differential, competitive salary, benefits, and generous PTO.
Provides high-quality nursing care, assesses residents--------
needs, updates care plans, administers medications, and documents
accurately.
Ensures compliance with regulations and supervises staff, including
training and performance monitoring.
Communicates effectively with residents, families, and healthcare
providers, and reports incidents promptly.
Requires active ND RN license or ability to obtain, with preferred
LTC experience.
Additional duties may include assisting with tasks beyond core
responsibilities.
