MERCY HOSPITAL Oklahoma City Department: Main OR Status: Full-Time Shift: TBD BeAMercyNurse Incentives: - This position is eligible for a Sign On Bonus, paid out over 2 years. - $10,000 Sign on Bonus for 1 year Experience Nurses - Shift differential $3.25 evenings/$4.00 nights/$4.00 weekends - Health/Dental/Vision available day one - 401k with employer match - Referral Bonus Opportunity - Tuition Reimbursement - PTO Frontload Overview: The operating room is made up of highly motivated and productive team members dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our community. Qualifications: - Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) - Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. - Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. - Physical requirements/demands: - Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis - Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties - Preferred experience: 1 year of OR experience.
