Job Description Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Family Practice for a locum tenens job in Purcell, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Locum Tenens Family Medicine PA or NP needed ASAP (can start in one week) for a 3 month contract at Chickasaw Nation Purcell Health Clinic! Specialty: Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) Board Certification: Required (per state and credentialing standards) License: Active Oklahoma license required Start Date / Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP / Credentialing in 3–4 days Contract Length: 90-day full-time contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call: None Setting: Outpatient Clinic Requirements: - Active OK license - Certified NP or PA - Must treat adult patients - Prior experience in Family Medicine clinic - No background hits due to need for emergency credentialing Pay Rate: $80–$90/hour Guaranteed 40 hours/week Additional Details (Procedures, Census, EMR, etc.): - 14 adult patients per day - Physician-supervised clinic - RN support onsite - EMR: RPMS (they will have EPIC in October) Selling Points / Highlights: - Fast credentialing (3–4 days) - Steady 40-hour/week schedule guaranteed - Great support structure with physician and RN on site - Travel stipend opporunity - Opportunity to support Chickasaw Nation patients and to work for an excellent system 14 average patients per day, family medicine clinic for adults only that is Physician supervised/n/n100% Adults About Floyd Lee Locums At Floyd Lee Locums, we’re redefining what locum tenens can offer nurse practitioners.
