Job Description:
Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) Location: 1 Hour from Oklahoma
City, OK Duration: Long-term Contract or Perm Schedule: M F, 8a 5p;
No weekends or nights License: Any state license accepted
Certifications: BLS, ACLS; Board Certified/Eligible in Family or
Internal Medicine Census: patients/day Details: Work includes
preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness exams.
Credentialing: 4 6 weeks. To Apply: Candidates must be U.S.
Citizens or Green Card holders and meet all credentialing
requirements. Any state license accepted unless otherwise noted.
