Interventional Radiology Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,292 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Technologist Profession: Interventional Technologist Specialty: FS Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Required to hold a relevant license Certifications: - One of the following certifications is required: - ARRT - Vascular Interventional Radiography - ARRT - Cardiac Interventional Radiography - ARRT Radiography - CCI - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - ARDMS - Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - CCI - Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) - CCI - Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - CCI - Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - BLS Must-Have: Entry-level knowledge and skills in cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology Description: Under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor or preceptor, this entry-level position works to achieve the initial competencies required to deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations. The purpose is to aid medical staff in the diagnosis, care, treatment, and surveillance of simple to complex conditions, defects, and/or diseases. Responsibilities include providing safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient-centric care. This care will be offered under routine or emergent conditions in various settings, including acute inpatient facilities and outpatient physician practices. Preparing patients for procedures and correlating clinical history with procedures ordered by physicians is essential. Communicating and collaborating with patients, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team is required to implement necessary actions for achieving clinical outcomes and operational goals. Utilizing a variety of specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques is necessary to perform a diverse range of procedures in accordance with established guidelines. Conducting post-procedure reviews with or without a preceptor to confirm all required elements are completed and technical quality is consistent with established protocols is part of the role. Transferring images and data to the appropriate archival systems and preparing studies for reporting by physicians is expected. Performing operator-level quality control checks and cleaning per manufacturer instructions and regulatory guidelines is part of the position. Participation in continuing education and professional development activities is encouraged to maintain competencies and promote improvements in care and treatments.
