Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,656 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 6 months of psych experience License: Oklahoma Certifications: NIH, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: De-Escalation training (Preferred) Recent traveler experience (Preferred) Description: Responsible for input given into the formulation of the patient care plan. Responsible for attending weekly clinical staffing and review of patient treatment plans. Directly responsible for medication education with all patients and families. Ensures that patients' emotional and mental observations are reported to medical and clinical staff and are documented accurately and precisely in the patient chart. Facilitates teaching and educational groups on the schedule. Trains LPNs and MHTs in charting, vital signs, patient routines, and de-escalation techniques. Acts as an active part of a performance improvement team or other task forces. Accepts lecture, educational, or marketing assignments as designated by the Manager. Maintains Therapeutic Options certification up to date. Serves as a positive role model for patients and colleagues through language, dress, hygiene, and behavior.
