Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgical/Transplant
Med/Surg position on night shift, requiring a compact or OK RN
license and at least one year of nursing experience.
Responsibilities - Work in a hospital Surgical/Transplant unit -
Care for patients with health conditions ranging from simple to
complex - 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week - No local
candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius - Provide nursing care
for an assigned group of surgical and transplant patients - Assist
physicians with patient examinations and minor diagnostic
procedures - Administer medications and manage intravenous
infusions and blood products - Document patient responses and
update treatment plans - Coordinate with patients and families
regarding care plans and discharge instructions - Delegate tasks to
support staff Requirements - Active RN license issued by Oklahoma
or a multi-state compact RN license - Current Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Minimum
of one year of nursing experience required - Associate's Degree in
Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred - Basic
