License, Certification, Registration Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) BLS/ACLS (AHA) -Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate. -Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advance Provider OR Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor.
