Maintains professional accountability for the delivery of patient care to assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care team members. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary departments. Upholds patient rights and ensures the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
