Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Elk City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Behavioral Health Location: Elk City, OK Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 36/48 hours (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next) Weekly Pay: $1,966 Job Details We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment on the night shift. This position follows a block schedule and requires consistent weekend coverage. Schedule Requirements - Night shift: 7p–7a (shift report at 6:45 AM) - Block schedule - Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Every other Thursday - Typically 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next - Overtime shift may be covered by PRN staff when available Responsibilities - Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care to behavioral health patients - Perform patient assessments and monitor mental health status - Administer medications and treatments per provider orders - Implement and evaluate individualized care plans - Maintain patient safety, including de-escalation techniques - Accurately document care and patient progress - Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams - Follow all safety, regulatory, and facility policies Requirements - Active RN license - Recent Behavioral Health nursing experience - Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules - Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills Additional Information - 13-week travel assignment - Night shift only - Block scheduling - Weekend commitment required • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees./n• 401K Plan./n•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc./n• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
