Provide direct and individualized nursing care to orthopedic patients Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications Report any changes in patients' conditions and progress Collaborate with orthopedic doctors and other medical professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-treatment home care needs, and prevention strategies Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality standards Strong orthopedic care knowledge Excellent patient assessment skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current RN license valid in Oklahoma BLS certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
