Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting. Manage patient care in a high-stress environment, responding quickly to emergent situations. Document patient care and ensure continuity by communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and injury prevention. Proficiency in all aspects of emergency care Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma BLS Certification ACLSE Certification PALS Certification preferred
