Invasive Cardiology Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated
transformational leadership skills. The role requires operational
management skills and expertise in caring for patients undergoing
invasive cardiovascular procedures. The Nurse Manager directs the
planning, implementation, and evaluation of inpatient and
outpatient care programs for adult and pediatric patients. This
position assures an effective continuum of care during invasive
cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures. The manager will
oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of their department.
Upholding nursing practice standards and ethics ensures the highest
quality of patient care delivery. The manager will model
professional behavior and interactions with employees and patients.
Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for clinical care and
departmental performance. - Supports strategic initiatives through
establishing quality initiatives in patient care. - Develops and
