Job Description:

system, as a full-time Day RN in our Cardiac Telemetry department.
This crucial role is tailored for compassionate professionals
dedicated to providing top-tier care, keeping with our mission to
serve communities across the Midwest with holistic,
patient-centered health services. As part of our specialized
telemetry unit, you will monitor patients with heart conditions,
ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans, and maintain
effective communication with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize
patient outcomes. Continuous monitoring of patient cardiac
telemetry and vital signs, interpreting data accurately. Administer
medications, treatments and coordinate with healthcare team to
execute patient care plans. Educate patients and families on heart
health, treatment procedures, and preventative strategies. Record
all patient care accurately, updating patient health files in
real-time. Participate in unit-based Quality Assurance programs and
adhere to all safety protocols. Cardiac care proficiency Telemetry
systems expertise Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle high-stress environments Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) licensure in applicable state Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred
