SSM Health, a leading not-for-profit Catholic health system, is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Regional Manager for Employee Health. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing employee health services and ensuring compliance with health standards across all facilities in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive health care programs tailored for healthcare professionals within our system, ensuring a workplace that promotes health and wellness for all staff. Develop and implement employee health policies and programs across multiple facilities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning health and safety. Lead and coordinate with a team of health care professionals to administer employee health programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness programs. Manage immunizations, screenings, and health assessments. Provide guidance on the management of occupational health issues. Collaborate with HR to support employee health benefits, including return-to-work and fit-for-duty assessments. Proficient in developing and implementing health programs Strong leadership and team management abilities Expertise in regulatory compliance related to healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to strategize and solve complex problems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of employment. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred.
