Job Description:
Vital Caring Group, a leader in personalized home health
solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse
(RN) to lead as Branch Director at our local office. The Branch
Director will oversee daily operations, manage nursing staff, and
ensure exceptional care standards that align with our commitment to
enhancing patient outcomes. This role demands strategic leadership,
a strong foundation in home health care protocols, and a deep
understanding of patient needs in a community-based setting.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of
healthcare management and a passion for patient-centered care.
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations. Manage, recruit, and train nursing and
administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement policies that promote quality assurance and
patient safety. Analyze performance data and patient outcomes to
identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
Manage budget and resources to achieve financial objectives and
optimize operational efficiency. Coordinate with other healthcare
providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance
services and patient care. Ensure continuous professional
development and training for all staff members to meet industry
standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulation and home health care standards
Proficient in budget management and healthcare administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle
high-pressure situations and make critical decisions Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in healthcare management (e.g., Certified Home Health
Care Administrator) is preferred
