Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Step Down/Oncology | Travel Contract Licensure & Certifications: Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or Compact (eNLC) license BLS (AHA) required ACLS (AHA) required Fundamentals of Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration – Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certificate Education: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required BSN preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of RN experience Step Down unit experience required Oncology experience required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to respond to diverse cultural and language needs Proficient with basic computer skills Under general supervision, provides nursing care to patients with a range of health conditions, from moderate to complex. Delivers safe, evidence-based care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and family education.
