Location: Lawton, Oklahoma Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Organization: Independent, Physician-Focused Group About the Opportunity We are expanding Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for full-time and part-time opportunities. This is a unique chance to practice in a high-volume, modern emergency department with both clinical and academic options, while enjoying exceptional financial rewards and partnership potential. Position Highlights: * $300/hour base productivity incentives for full clinical shifts * 60,000 annual ED visits * Level III Trauma Center with helipad access * 36-bed Emergency Department (including 5 trauma bays) within a 40,000 sq. ft. facility * 44 hours of physician coverage daily with resident and APP support * 11-hour shifts for predictable scheduling * Faculty Track Options: Ultrasound Faculty opportunity with stipend OR blended core faculty clinical track * Ultrasound or core faculty will receive productivity pay as well as a stipend for academic/non-clinical functions * Flexible scheduling models to meet lifestyle preferences * Company-owned housing provided for block shifts * Additional location being added in May 2026 * Now hiring ABEM, FP & IM Boarded Emergency Medicine Physicians for a new location.
