Technologist, Vascular Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-OK(Copy
needed) Certifications: R-ARRT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed);
CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History:
Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Facility
