Job Description:
Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the provision of
nursing care in respective division. Directs the quality and
resource management for areas of responsibility. Accountable to
insure implementation of current standards of practice and care.
Works collaboratively with the physicians and other departments to
achieve quality patient outcomes. Responsible for compliance with
licensing and regulatory standards. Promotes professional nursing
practice by insuring competency validation and providing ongoing
clinical continuing education opportunities. Participates in the
development and implementation of strategic and business plans for
areas of responsibility. Performs duties and responsibilities in a

than five years of previous experience in significant management
role in nursing. Preferred Education: MSN preferred, MHA, MBA. Why
