Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Post Partum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements/n /nRegistered Nurse – Postpartum - Travel - (PP RN)/n /nStartDate: 3/23/2026 /nAvailable Shifts: 12 N /nPay Rate: $2035.00 - $2161.00 /n /nResponsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position./n-Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients./n-Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments; notes all changes in physician order on assigned patients./n-Assists physician in the examination of patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatment./n-Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients, observes the physiological manifestations of patients and intervenes when necessary./n-Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products./n-Delivers patient care competently./n-Interacts with family and patient in sharing care plan while in the hospital and at time of discharge./n-Informs patient and family of hospital procedures./n-Makes referral regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel./n-Delegates tasks to support staff./n Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Postpartum Experience: 1 year Travel Experience: 1 year Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history/n/n six months to one year of level 1 trauma exp if possible /n or 3 years in Women’s Services (L&D or Mom/Baby, couplet care in level 1-3).
