Ultrasound Tech Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,920 to $2,080 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hourly. Summary: A Sonographer is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions. The role involves conducting general ultrasound and obstetric/gynecological (OB/GYN) scans, ensuring patient safety, producing high-quality imaging, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: Explain procedures and prepare patients for ultrasound examinations. Maintain patient comfort and confidentiality. Follow infection control and safety protocols. ?Capture high-quality images and measurements. Prepare preliminary reports and submit them to radiologists or physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and scan documentation. Requirements Requirements: 2 year Sonographer experience, BLS Certification, ARDMS.
