Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a
Home Health position serving a geriatric population with required
BLS and recent home health experience. Details - Home health
setting providing care to geriatric patients - Covers up to a
60-mile radius from the office hub - Average daily caseload of 5-7
patients - Work schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00
AM–5:00 PM - On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend - Uses HCHB
for charting; experience with this system is required - OASIS
experience required, especially for SOC clinicians - iPad provided
for documentation - Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Requirements - Current license required if applicable - Minimum 1
year of recent home health physical therapy experience required -
BLS certification required - Proven experience working with
geriatric patients - Experience with OASIS and HCHB required -
Flexibility to cover a large territory is expected - Proof of
vehicle insurance required Additional Information - First-time
travelers are welcome to apply - Scrubs of any color required; no
jeans permitted - Training modules to be completed during
orientation - Locals are accepted at the travel rate - Requested
time off must be declared at the time of application; post-offer
