Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or call Position Details: Outpatient-only primary care Patient census: patients per day Scope includes preventive care, chronic disease management,
acute visits, and wellness exams Credentialing timeline: 4 6 weeks Requirements: MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Any state medical license accepted Must have BLS and ACLS Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card
