the Table: Experience: - 2 years managing a full-service restaurant
- Solid grasp of both front-of-house flow and back-of-house
operations Skills: - Exceptional communicator, motivator, and
multitasker - Comfortable with restaurant technology, POS systems,
and financial reports - Natural leader with a passion for
hospitality and results Education & Certifications: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Food Service Manager Certification -
Management-in-Training Program (preferred but not required—we’ll
help you grow!) Physical Requirements: - Up on your feet and in the
action for 10–11 hours per shift - Able to regularly lift 30 lbs,
occasionally up to 80 lbs - Quick on your feet in a fast-paced,
high-energy environment The Environment: A vibrant,
