Job Description Job Description Primary Job Title Recruiter Alternate / Related Job Titles • Talent Acquisition Specialist • High-Volume Recruiter • Staffing Recruiter • Distribution Center Recruiter Location & Onsite Flexibility Cheyenne, WY — Onsite (Onsite 1 day per week at the Cheyenne distribution center; 40 hours per week) Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 10 Months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour Position Summary The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-Exempt and General Warehouse Associates within an assigned distribution center and/or geographic area. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute staffing strategies that support high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for warehouse and non-exempt roles • Build and execute staffing strategies aligned to geographic hiring needs • Develop partnerships with local colleges, military organizations, and community-based groups • Source, screen, assess, and extend offers to candidates • Develop actionable hiring plans to meet headcount goals • Manage applicants and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Proactively build talent pipelines for future workforce needs • Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events and support in-person events • Report weekly hiring progress and metrics to management • Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly • Ensure job postings and applicant search results remain current and accurate Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment • Ability to work onsite at the distribution center as business needs require • Strong technical aptitude using Excel, PowerBI, ATS platforms , and related tools • Demonstrated experience in strategic and targeted sourcing , including passive candidate outreach • Strong business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity • Effective talent assessment and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative team-oriented mindset • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with high attention to detail • Ability to identify innovative recruiting methods • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Benefits • Medical Insurance • Vision Insurance • Dental Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan About the Company A Fortune 500 off-price apparel and home fashion retailer and a global leader in its space.
