We're looking for a Safety Coordinator who will play a key role in implementing and maintaining safety programs across our projects. If you'd like to express interest or verify your eligibility, contact the recruiter at: michael.crabtree@cybercoders.com Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits, ranging from small projects to complex builds, to ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA standards. Identify and document safety hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records, including inspection reports, incident documentation, and training logs. Respond to on-site emergencies and assist with accident investigations, including preparing reports for regulatory agencies. Support and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors. Mentor and coach less-experienced safety team members to strengthen overall safety culture. Use sound judgment to make day-to-day decisions and collaborate with management on critical safety matters. Qualifications Minimum 2 years in construction safety, including hands-on training experience. Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Sciences-or equivalent field experience. CHST or ASP preferred; CPR and First Aid required; OSHA 10/30/40-hour certifications required. Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 and state construction safety regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to build trust and strong relationships with field teams and leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online safety resources. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
