Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree Active Oklahoma
Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)

Job Duties/Responsibilities: Must possess meticulous skills of
checking medication packs, data entry, and providing consultations
to other providers. Pharmacist will also be administering a variety
of injections to patients. The ability to multi-task, remain
accurate, and become part of a team-oriented culture is important.
The position may also include occasional participation in various
medication review committees. Salary Description $52 - $60
