Were looking for a passionate Family Specialists to help recruit, develop, provide case management and support to foster families in Enid and surrounding area. Your Impact: What Youll Do Recruit and support foster families through presentations, focus groups, and one-on-one engagement Partner with local churches, schools, and community groups to raise awareness Provide ongoing case management and support to families not to exceed 22 foster homes and 20 foster children in person Act as a liaison with DHS and ensure all licensing and documentation requirements are met Travel within your assigned region (approx. 25%) using your personal vehicle Collaborate with a passionate team of child advocates Attend monthly in person home visits (daytime and evenings) in coordination of the foster families schedules. Maintain case file records for both foster children and foster homes with compliance in all areas. Attend placements of children in foster homes including evenings and weekends. Attend family meetings and serve in an interdisciplinary role working with DHS case workers and other professionals involved in the case. Assist foster parents in writing court reports and attend court hearings to advocate for the child and the foster parents.
