Details - Position is based in an acute care hospital setting - Shifts are Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working 10-hour overnight shifts - Patient care areas may include E.R. and main diagnostic departments - Responsible for both diagnostic X-ray and CT procedures using fixed and mobile radiographic equipment - Team-based work environment alongside other technologists and healthcare staff Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radiology Tech in a U.S. hospital acute care setting - Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program with an Associate's Degree or equivalent - Current ARRT certification required - Current and active state license required, with no pending status (License required if applicable) - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required - Current state Radiation Quality Standards and RT Registration required - Ability to perform both diagnostic X-ray and CT procedures - Valid U.S. Social Security Number is required for consideration - Two manager or supervisor references preferred reflecting experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer Additional Information - Main responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures under supervision of radiology management and in collaboration with physicians - Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility and local candidates will not be considered - Work involves delivering high-quality imaging and superior customer service as part of a multidisciplinary team - CPI certification is mandated for the position American Traveler Job ID P-620215.
